Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who has already completed a portion of their planning and requires less assistance than our Full Service Package. This package is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. We will step in and take over where you’ve left off!

Partial Planning To Include But Never Limited To:

P re-Wedding

Wedding Day

  • Working half way through your wedding planning process

  • Assistance with theme and decor concept

  • Floor plan design for Wedding Day 

  • Three pre-wedding consultations

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Vendor contract review

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Attendance at vendor meetings 

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding 

  • Detailed onsite coordination and management for up to twelve hours on the wedding day, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, menu, thank you cards, favors, etc. 

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Cheerfully greet and escort all wedding guests

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Make sure all designated items to leave with the bride & groom will be packed up and ready to take at the end of the night.

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Includes the “Day of Wedding Coordination” services on the wedding day
