We are happy to create picnics styled to the event or occasion that you wish to celebrate. Each picnic package includes rentals, styling, delivery, set up, and clean up. Food must be outsourced from a vendor of your choice.

Once you submit a booking form we will send you pricing and information depending on your selections and guest count. 

Please contact us to inquire about custom pricing if you have an event that does not fit in one of our package options.

  • How much notice do you need to create a picnic?
    Please give us at least a 2 week notice. The more notice you give us, the better!
  • How much do I owe when booking?
    All of our picnics require a 50% retainer that is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated) and due at the time of booking. This retainer covers coordination, styling and picnic services to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date. If your picnic is booked 7 days before the event then the full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be confirmed without a retainer. Failure to pay an invoice may result in cancellation of a booking and loss of retainer.
  • Does Event Blvd. stay during our picnic?
    No, we leave after you settle in and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text us at (818) 659-8142‬.
  • Can we leave whenever we want?
    If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us with at least a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
  • How do I select a location?
    Most of our clients choose to host their picnic at their home, park, or beach. If you have something different in mind, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your location request, however an additional fee may apply. We ask that the location you choose is no more than 150 feet from vehicle access since it may be difficult to get our equipment to the requested location.
  • Should I include children into the guest count when booking?
    It depends on how you think the kids will be comfortable. If you’d like us to include seating for them, then please include them in the guest count.
  • Do I need a permit?
    It depends on the location, number of guests and a few other factors. If you have a special location in mind, we’ll let you know if you would need a permit and can assist with the process.
  • Is there a travel fee?
    A travel fee will apply for locations that are outside of our preferred locations.
  • What happens if there is bad weather?
    While bad weather in Los Angeles is very rare, it does happen. If it looks like weather may affect your reservation, the Client has up to 72 hours prior to the Event to decide if they want to make alternative arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. In the event of bad weather, the client may reschedule a picnic within 3 months and must be of equal or higher value. Event Blvd. will apply the Clients original 50% non-refundable retainer towards the rescheduled event if it is within 3 months of the original Event date. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather. If Event Blvd. is not notified of cancellation, intent of rescheduling or change in venue a minimum of 72 hours prior to Event date, no refunds of any kind will be provided. In the case that the weather forecast predicts wet weather, Event Blvd. will not assemble items outdoors.
  • Can I drink at the beach/park? (Alcohol Consumption)
    It is the responsibility of the Client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space that is being used for one of our picnics. Most public parks and beaches prohibit alcohol consumption. Event Blvd. takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred.
