Planning

Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couples who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day. The planning process is managed on a day-to-day basis to ensure that every last detail is executed to perfection with over 200 hours of service.

 

This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

re-Wedding

  • Pre-Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist

  • Preparation of your wedding budget and assistance with organizing your expenses

  • Refer available ceremony & reception venue locations that compliment your style, anticipated guest count, and desired location.

  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings

  • Finalize and review of vendor/venue contracts 

  • Vendor/venue management

  • Attend final meeting with the venue catering coordinator to finalize your event order

  • Creation and execution of design scheme

  • Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

  • Guidance with your floor plan

  • Assist with choosing wedding favors & accessories

  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation

  • Marriage license information

  • Etiquette information

  • General advice and consultation

  • Unlimited communication via email/phone

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (if requested)

  • Ensure that all of your vendors submit their Certificate of Insurance / Liability form to your venue and that the client purchases the appropriate General Liability Insurance if required by the venue.  

  • Ensures that your wedding planning and wedding day is stress free!

Wedding Day

  • Detailed onsite coordination and management on the entire wedding day, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup wedding accessories such as guestbook, place cards, favors, etc. 

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distribute final payments and gratuites to vendors

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate load-out
