Day of Coordination aka Month of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan your wedding but need a professional coordinator in the background to answer any questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special day!

Day of Wedding Coordination To Include But Never Limited To:

P re-Wedding

  • Two pre-wedding consultations

  • Begin working 2-3 weeks prior to the Wedding Date 

  • One detailed planning meeting to discuss theme, color, style & wedding desig

  • One walk through at selected venue

  • Final design meeting with florist

  • Final vendor confirmation and direction 

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

Wedding Day

  • Up to twelve hours on-site, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Overseeing proper set-up and design of ceremony/reception areas

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Answering guests' questions and concerns throughout the day

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc. 

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit
